Production-ready fullstack but simple mail server (SMTP, IMAP, LDAP, Antispam, Antivirus, etc.) running inside a container.
I have seen some self-hosted emails services (like Postal) but they are a bit on the overkill territory, as they are a fully-fledged email server.
I do something like this for my real-estate agent emails with Node-red's email node, although I just have it mark the email as read but you can delete the email. Hooks up to any IMAP server. The email server I'm using is: https://github.com/docker-mailserver/docker-mailserver/issues I also use an email sieve to dump emails into a specific folder to work on.
