  • flowframes

Flowframes Windows GUI for video interpolation using DAIN (NCNN) or RIFE (CUDA/NCNN)

  • A decent replacement for Twixtor for interpolating frame would Flowframes. It is a free AI interpolation program that uses the RIFE algorithm to interpolate frames. It is not a plugin rather a separate program so you would need to take the clip you want in slowmo, interpolate it, and then import it back into Vegas. (If you only need specific parts of your video in slow motion then render those parts out, interpolate, then import back in)
