SwiftFin has been made an official part of the Jellyfin project, and does have a tvOS component that is in development, but it is not available for testing yet. In the meanwhile, there are a few other options you can explore.
There was no usable iOS client that we could fork to start from, unlike the Android/Android TV clients (which are going through extensive re-writes at this moment). While those clients had a head start, iOS was left with having to start from scratch. The quickest way forward was to get the Jellyfin-Expo client going. This is what's known as Jellyfin Mobile in the App Store.
Once u/acvig appeared with his quick project, we saw some potential. Here was a new project that didn't have any baggage of our previous heritage, and also was structured for Jellyfin from the start (unlike another fork that ended up being a false start, see here. It already mostly worked for video playback on iOS, and used newer technology (SwiftUI) to start.
