  • piezo-balanced

A small board that uses a LSK389B, for preamplification and impedance matching of two piezo electric crystals. It has balanced input and output.

  • At least this works just fine, I have actually built it. https://github.com/Supermagnum/piezo-balanced/blob/main/piezo-jfet.pdf It seems that the gain is somewhat dependent on the impedance of the recorder its connected to. I am getting 20 dB with 10K ohm impedance of the recorder ( simulated ).

  • double-gain

A small PCB that uses two TL082BCP op amps to amplify a signal from a contact microphone.

  • I haven't done any analysis the cascode setup yet,- and I am unsure if I will. It's just easier to use two op amps: https://github.com/Supermagnum/double-gain/blob/main/double-gain.pdf
