I've been waiting for something like this to emerge from the malli ecosystem. Malli seems like a good fit for "local"/"closed world"/"ad hoc" validation of which CLI parsing is an example whereas spec is maybe more suited for "language of the system"-like validation. I'm considering adding malli to babashka. Perhaps it's too early right now to do it, since babashka is also waiting on spec2.
