If you want to also split the audio so that it doesn't save to the VoD (should avoid most DMCA issues), enable "Twitch VOD Track" in Settings --> Output within OBS. Next, de-select Track 2 in the Advanced Audio Properties for your music's audio source entry. Track 2 is what OBS uses to by default, but this can be changed.

Tuna can help you separate your music into its own source. Tuna can use VLC to play music or you can integrate it with Spotify or Last.FM. Just be aware that you'd be violating Spotify's ToS or Last.FM's Terms of Use if you use them. They consider playing music through their service on a livestream as a form of commercial use.
