It's not exactly that, but forien quest log https://github.com/League-of-Foundry-Developers/foundryvtt-forien-quest-log is amazing for tracking what your party does, as they do it. You can have mmorpg style HUD with currently active quests and their to-do lists(which would be visible at all times, so also as soon as the session starts). You can have different permissions to quests for different players, so some quests might be visible only for some players. You can allow players to make their own quests too, so they can just track stuff on their own while you focus on GMing.
