For windows, see my solution here- this makes it so you are able to call up the zotero picker from within scrivener and easily insert citations. As a default, it is set to generate ODT Scan reference marks, but if you don't care about live citation, you could instead just get it to insert whatever format you want by editing the code a bit. I explain how to do it on the github page
