The icons are Papirus: https://github.com/PapirusDevelopmentTeam/papirus-icon-theme Wallpaper: https://wallpaperaccess.com/night-minimalist See my reply to u/Eliquisty for ConkyManager2 The theme is Adapta-Nokto, which you should be able to add directly from the theme manager. The only other thing I did is change the start menu icon which can be done by right-clicking the start menu button and clicking on preferences in the pop-up menu. Hope this helps!
