  Adblocker can see what you visit, and have many related information, which can leak some privacy to unknown 3rd party, whereas this Add on, just play with CSS. Youtube hides the SKIP AD button for 5s, and then show the content. This addon..just click that SKIP AD button at background, as soon as page loads, and proceed to the content directly.
