All The Mods 6 was just updated yesterday according to the page on CurseForge; is that the version you're trying to run? It says that the relevant game version is 1.16.5 but your crash log shows that you're trying to run 1.16.1, with Forge version 32.0.108 (which is the most recent version for 1.16.1). It also looks like All The Mods is loading a 1.16.4 version of Optifine for some reason, which may not be helping.
