Compile external theme to single elisp file

  Gruvbox is a retro groove color scheme for Emacs. Port of the Vim version.

I would like to compile gruvbox theme to single elisp file without any external dependency, such as auto-themer. So I can configure it once and load it like this, before any other code in my init.el file. I try to speed up load time. I already found very old version of this theme in repo history, but it doesn't have all necessary color changes, as latest one have.
