The first is what I use: download NDI Tools and use NDI Studio Monitor with the OBS-NDI plugin to send your OBS output - audio and video - to the Studio Monitor app. With it installed in OBS, that's Tools -> NDI.Plugin.Menu.OutputSettings and tick the box next to the first output, 'main', then load it up in the Monitor app. It's been a while since I set it up and it was a bit finnicky but I did use it recently to put OBS output to a window and stream that to discord. However, do note that installing the OBS-NDI plugin leads to a known bug that stops OBS minimising to System Tray. It is unlikely to be fixed. If for whatever reason your other, 'normal' use of OBS has you rely on minimising to system tray and you can't adjust, I'd float the idea of installing a second, portable instance of OBS for when you want to use NDI activity.
