  1. readsb-protobuf

Readsb is a Mode-S/ADSB/TIS decoder for RTLSDR, BladeRF, Modes-Beast and GNS5894 devices. Future development version with protocol buffer storage.

There's really no need to pay FA to use an api for data that is publicly available. https://github.com/Mictronics/readsb-protobuf/tree/dev/webapp/src/db

  4. graphs1090

    Graphs for readsb / dump1090-fa / dump1090 (based on dump1090-tools by mutability)

https://github.com/wiedehopf/graphs1090 The FA dashboard is a bit of a joke too. It's really here to bamboozle the masses and placate them.

  5. tar1090

Provides an improved webinterface for use with ADS-B decoders readsb / dump1090-fa

One of thing to look at how 'good' your feeder is would be tar1090 ?pTracks when combined with Heywhatsthat.com range outline. That will give you an idea of how well it's performing versus theoretical. https://github.com/wiedehopf/tar1090

  6. dump1090

Dump1090 is a simple Mode S decoder for RTLSDR devices (by flightaware)

Alternatively you could go back to the original data at e.g. https://github.com/flightaware/dump1090/blob/master/tools/flightaware-20200924.csv.xz and convert to a data format that works for you.

  7. piaware_parser

Save local aircraft data to your own records.

I've be very very interested! I decided to use ADSBexchange.com for the time being and added a few other API's to make this thing (https://github.com/cribdragg3r/piaware_parser) more robust such as AWS S3 support and Twilio to verify uptime and exceptions.
