⭐️ Companies that don't have a broken hiring process

  • So for those of you who are more product focused like me, just don't do DS & algorithm interviews. Find companies here, provide videos in your cover letter of previous work (either screen caps of finished products/interactions/etc. or code walk throughs), and simply say you're not interested in "code challenges" and wish them luck. More times than not if you have a strong portfolio, they'll want to move forward to system design.
