Find companies here, provide videos in your cover letter of previous work (either screen caps of finished products/interactions/etc. or code walk throughs), and simply say you're not interested in "code challenges" and wish them luck. More times than not if you have a strong portfolio, they'll want to move forward to system design.

I'm a very visual person and I found leet code a bit difficult at first, so I created a game in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS that let me explore dynamic programming and algorithms a sandbox.
