Music Player Daemon (MPD is another one I can't get to work at all. It also seems very much focused around being a music server, and library manager/player, where I just want an EXE that will play a sound file I throw at it.

musikcube works, but is very much a fully fledged music player/library manager/GUI for the command line, and doesn't seem to be something I can run and just play the specified file
