You could install the selectable skill mod with a different name. Using the Modnix tool of course. It removes the "Ran...you" problem you have. And you can use a different mod to edit the different amount of traits... and a lot of other stuff while it's at it -mod.
Which will give you those 3 skills in the static order at levels 1 2 and 3. In you want to have them given in random levels and random order, you set the ClassStatic to zero... and if you want different skills, you just use different names, the names that can be found in the mods nexus link.
