Is TornadoFx should be used in production ?

It is great, but pretty much abandoned. Edvin the original author is still around, answering questions and ready to make releases. But he is not going to develop it further. There were some contributions from community to https://github.com/edvin/tornadofx2 but negligible at this point.

P.S. Yes, last official release is Java 8. But we all were using the last snapshot of https://github.com/edvin/tornadofx/tree/jdk10 published to Sonatype in the last years. Or tornadofx2 linked above.
