Can someone recommend a suckless pastebin?

I want to run the service in my local network for high throughput and a little more privacy. termbin.com runs fiche, which seems like a nice, minimal tool, but it does not provide any web interface, so it would be harder to use from Windows (or even from a phone).

I'm already using a minimal HTTP server to share files from UNIX machines to Windows, but I'm explicitly looking for a solution to also share files from Windows with my other devices. Therefore I'm looking for a service which allows me to also upload files via a web interface.
