  • wid-stata-tool

Stata command to download data from the WID.world database

  • I found this on the internet (https://github.com/WIDworld/wid-stata-tool), screenshot below. When running this code and replacing the indicator with "(sptinc)" (indicator for pre-tax national income) and removing "p99p100", as I just need the top10%, it turns perfectly. Shows me a graph like the one below but then with just the top 10% and for income instead of wealth. Which is great. Now i just want plot more countries, so behind areas I insert more countries, let's say "(FR PL US). But then it does not want to run. What am I dong wrong? On the website some other examples include multiple countries scattered on a graph and their code with "areas(AA BB CC DD)".
