Appodeal requires GDPR consent screen. Make sure that you are entering your details correctly when you sign up for AdMob. But alternatives will also be good. Initially it requires time to get the plugins to work. Use FAN (with mediation) if possible. AdMob advantage is that it does not require GDPR consent screen and the plugin is easy to use.
