And you do roll attacks, but there are other modules like Better Rolls 5e that do the heavy lifting, and Token Action HUD plays nice with BR5e. If you want to roll multiattack, I usually just mash the attack button X times, which doesn't exactly take very long.

There are a lot others, it's just about you find which one fits for you (or if you're tech savvy, program one yourself!)
