Power Grid has been abandoned for ages and no source is available. There are far better alternatives nowadays like MATRIC https://matricapp.com which does everything way better then Power Grid.
Not as much personalized as roccat power grid, but you can use windows app elite discovery, which has a "web server" feature that allows you to use your phone/tablet broswer to get some extra game info and buttons. buttons are ready to use since discovery uses the game keybinds automatically (as long you have a keyboard key assigned to the function as 1st option in the game config, in the left boxes instead of right "secondary" keys), and buttons light up depending on the function, so if you are in supercruise the button for that will light up, if you are getting warnings due heat or other warnings, a sign will light up also, if the landing gear is down, cargo hold open, etc. The only thing missing is the macroed function to request docking that other apps have, like powergrid profiles used to have, but there are other windows apps out there free that can achieve this, or use voice attack for voice commands and do a dock request through voice attack instead...... Another benefit from dicovery is that it connects to most popular websites /inara, eddb, edsm, etc) to get that extra info for the game. they also have a modified version of "ED Market connector" to work with discovery and you can get even more extra info through edmc and by using the game in borderless window mode you can actually overlay edmc in the game to have that info available while playing.
