Yes, but unfortunately it will slow down performance. I know that because I've already gone through this way and made an alternative to react-native-shadow. I developed react-native-neomorph-shadows. And eventually, in summary, I gave up react-native-svg and switched to react-native-art for performance. But it's a temporary decision. I think it's better to implement it on the native side
