  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • SaaSHub - Software Alternatives and Reviews
  • ASP.NET Core

ASP.NET Core is a cross-platform .NET framework for building modern cloud-based web applications on Windows, Mac, or Linux.

  • I would say probably. I tried C# on Mac and it was pretty impressive. We do not use it at all at CORP though. Everything is Redhat or AIX on the back-end for all the platform engineering (with one of several Python frameworks - usually Flask). However.. the main global sites are all old school asp.net. It wouldn't surprise me if C# comes into play more when systems are updated to this decade :)

  • deno

A modern runtime for JavaScript and TypeScript.

  • Originally I was a big proponent of using node.js with typescript (Maybe in a future project we can use Deno where typescript is first class!). We couldn't find a good reason to use it other than my preference and desire to architect everything as microservices with different components being written in different languages.

  • InfluxDB

Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
