InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
Alternatively, you could use Davinci Resolve which is a free software that's decently robust. One of my friends who helps edit videos for my gaming channel uses it to great result, but I have personally no experience with it.
Now as to recording, I use OBS Studio for TTRPG stuff. Streamlabs OBS is based on OBS Studio (as it's open-source software) and is another alternative option. SLOBS is a bit chunkier, but has a lot more features available at your disposal and direct Streamlabs integration for alerts and such. OBS Studio is still feature-rich and doesn't have the Streamlabs layer always-on in the background taking up some resources, so it's what I generally recommend more to beginner folks.
