    • Ok, so I downgrade to sass-loader as described here (https://github.com/webpack-contrib/sass-loader/issues/761). If I downgrade to version 10 or 7.3.1 as some recommend, I get my sass variable error again and a warning that sass-loader@7.3.1 is installed but ^10.1.1 is expected .
