Cast PC audio to Google devices?

  Stream your Windows PC's audio to the Chromecast

I guess I wasn't very clear on my specific need. I dont want to cast a tab of Chrome to my Chromecast Audios, or some music from Spotify. I know I can do that. I run this program that is like a touchscreen jukebox, and it basically uses Windows Media Player to play the music. I want to cast THIS audio out to all of my Google-enabled speakers and CCAudios. There ARE two little programs I have tried. One is this: https://github.com/acidhax/chromecast-audio-stream But it is 4+ years old, and just plain doesn't work on Win10 for me for some reason.
