License is MIT, there was a mistake in the package.json file and we have fixed it - sorry for that. You can also see the license in https://github.com/muil-io/muil/blob/master/LICENSE

Templates are not public and you must provide API key generate template either you are using the on prem or cloud solution - both require API key to generate the templates
