SurveyJS
Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
For your day to day development, the better way to test your integrations with other services is by running mock servers of the services you have to integrate with. You can run mock servers with plenty to tools, like Postman, microapis.io, or Stoplight's Prism. All you need is the API specification of the service.
