  • Just discovered a phenomenal backup application that I think some of you may like to take a look at: kopia. Check it out at kopia.io. It's cross platform (available for Windows, Mac and Linux), written in Golang, and... beautiful. It uses deduplication, compression, encryption, can use cloud storage providers (Google, Amazon, Azure, Backblaze) as well as local/network storage. You can mount backups for file and directory restores, and comparisons.
