  • I'm trying to install Proxmox on a new B550 motherboard featuring the Realtek RTL8125B chipset and am getting the 'no network interface found' error. Some searching and it looks like the driver is just too new. It exists, but it's not included in the latest version of Proxmox.

  • realtek-r8125-dkms

A DKMS package for easy use of Realtek r8125 driver, which supports 2.5 GbE.

  • Now you just need the dkms driver someone nicely maintains on github (use curl or wget to grab it): https://github.com/awesometic/realtek-r8125-dkms/releases/tag/9.003.05-1

  • InfluxDB

  • r8125

Linux device driver for Realtek Ethernet controllers (unofficial mirror) https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/network-interface-controllers-10-100-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software

  • I downloaded the tarball from https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/network-interface-controllers-10-100-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-pci-express-software on my pc first then transferred it to proxmox by ssh but you might have save it on a flash then transfer it. Once you do that just follow the quick install steps https://github.com/heri16/r8125 Also, I think I had the r8129 drivers installed from the debian repository so I had to blacklist that one to make sure it would use the correct one.
