InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
I use Tulip Indicators and my codes run on NodeJS and I maintain data on MariaDB. I can of course transform them to any other programming language, if given a chance.
Try https://alpaca.markets/ not positive currently but when I first signed up you could sign up for a paper account without having a live account and you could do that out of country.
You can check out https://financialmodelingprep.com/ . They have a minute-by-minute breakdown, and their free account where you can request 250/day. You can also pay $20/month for 'unlimited' requests, but I've found that they actually rate limit you to an average of 1 request per second over a 30 minute time frame. Not a big deal usually unless you're trying to pull a bunch of information at the eod. Then you just throw a sleep command in your code.
