A good replacement Google sheets is OnlyOffice connected to a Next-Cloud account. Though as a first step, you can just use a regular account from OnlyOffice itself. For Simple Word documents, you can use Cryptee, and for an office suite replacement on your PC, just use LibreOffice. Tip: You can also LibreOffice with a document in the cloud on your Next-cloud account too.
