  • intel-undervolt

Intel CPU undervolting and throttling configuration tool

  • I already tried it with undervolt and intel-undervolt, same issue, and apparently I'm not the only one. I have secure boot disabled and running the command works (and undervolts the system), the only issue is enabling the service to make the change persistent. It used to work without issues with the same settings in Fedora 33.

  • systemd

The systemd System and Service Manager

  • Maybe some kind of access restriction for services was tightened? (though I can't see anything about that by skimming the changelog)
