I'm aware of such apps as "beorg" (https://beorgapp.com/), "orgzly" (https://github.com/orgzly/orgzly-android), and "organice" (https://github.com/200ok-ch/organice). But, as far as I can tell from documentation, they do not have in their functionality something akin to org-habit. (I might be wrong, as I'm not personally a user of them).
