vGPU for Kepler cards is not supported under QEMU KVM, thus no vGPU for Grid K2 on Proxmox. You can do it on Proxmox for later cards: GTX980 -> Tesla M60, GTX1080 -> Tesla P4, RTX2070S -> Tesla T4. https://github.com/DualCoder/vgpu_unlock
FWIW, rom-fixes would be an easier means to change the device ID in the ROM, and it'll fix the checksum as well - https://github.com/awilliam/rom-parser
