Some help with markdown and NeoVim

Hiya Neovim and Lua beginner here, I have https://github.com/plasticboy/vim-markdown installed and I want to use neovim for writing some markdown code docs and running into the following problems, and googling didn't help.

I use vim-pandoc and vim-pandoc-syntax. Its totally awesome markdown plugins. Before that i trying many other ways to work with markdown files, but this is best of all.
