.NET MAUI is the .NET Multi-platform App UI, a framework for building native device applications spanning mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Avalonia
Develop Desktop, Embedded, Mobile and WebAssembly apps with C# and XAML. The most popular .NET Foundation community project.

WorkOS
The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
There totally is a cross platform gui now shipping when .net 6 comes out: https://github.com/dotnet/maui. It builds on Xamarin.Forms. Supports Linux, MacOs, Android, iPhone, even Tizen. In the meantime, you can use Xamarin.Forms for the same thing. I wouldn't invest in Avalonia.Ui given this, which is one of the drawbacks in dotnet - if MS decides to make an official "thing" the community "thing" tends to wither
You could allso try (AvaloniaUi)[https://avaloniaui.net/]
