Hooray to me! I was mistaken in my passphrase in word "bad", ai have check the wordlist here https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039/english.txt and found out that the more suitable for "bad" is "dad" now my wallet has no "invalid mnemonic" and importetd successfully to trust wallet. Thanxs
