Cloud cost estimates for Terraform in pull requests💰📉 Shift FinOps Left!

  • Wow - thanks for the detailed notes! Will dig into it. We fixed an issue with the percent char literally 4 days ago but there could well be other issues.

  • infracost-atlantis

Atlantis integration for Infracost. Shows cloud cost estimates for Terraform in pull requests.

  • Thanks! Those might have been the spinners (â ¦) and tick (✔) symbols we use, using --log-level=info or the env INFRACOST_LOG_LEVEL=info switches them off. Did you end-up using the infracost-atlantis repo or roll your own? We updated that repo ~10 days ago to use infracost diff with Atlantis' $PLANFILE.

  • infracost-gh-action

GitHub Action for Infracost. Shows cloud cost estimates for Terraform in pull requests.

  • You don't have write it in Bash to do that, right? I mean, your GH action is working by downloading a Docker container which you control. So you could write the CI script in Python, TypeScript, Go, or anything else, because you control what gets installed in that container.
