You can't really do much beyond dumping your games and saves if you want to use your Wii to play GBA games. If you do end up wanting to emulate on Wii, though, skip VBA GX entirely and use mGBA, you'll get much better emulation.

Funny thing is that you can sort of do the opposite, using the GC-GBA cable to send VERY small Game Boy games to a GBA and store them in RAM while is turned on with Goomba Sender, and also another tool to send Multiboot GBA games to it.
