Signing just became truly computer-free! You can now run the web service completely off your iPhone or iPad, thanks to iSH and ngrok. No computer necessary. More information in the installation guide.
Maybe you could use something like https://github.com/corellium/usbfluxd to overcome this and the OTA install limitation.
