    Youtube "front-end" for Emacs

    • I have also been using ytel (and ytel-show) a lot, I integrated it with emms and mpv, and now i really like not needing to open a browser and also avoiding rabbitholes because of the youtube algorithm. For instance, when I hit "v" on a ytel entry, the video is opened in mpv through emms, when I hit "a" it just plays the audio through emms. It's nice to listen to podcasts and music, right from within emacs. Another thing I plan on implementing is adding youtube videos to the emms playlist, and have play automatically.
