Currently you can only customize fan curve by flashing the firmware which is quite simple after you learn how and doesn't require any specific hardware. This is the best guide for the actual build and flash. Now that I'm trying to find your board in the repo, I don't think it's supported in open firmware :(

The only thing I've found that works is dbeniamine's fork of Clevo Indicator. I don't like the fan curve as much on the Auto setting as it ramps up and down too much and is a lot louder. However, it does have manual speed control as well. Keep in mind it overrides the system fan control so you'll have to reboot if you want to switch back to normal.
