If you want to manage the remote library directly, there's https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-beets which is a command line tool.
Or, install https://github.com/linuxserver/docker-webtop on the remote server and then use a GUI library manager in that container, if you really need a GUI.
I just ssh onto my server and use beets to remotely organize my navidrome collection and edit metadata. Beets has lots of auto-tagging features and I rarely need to edit anything manually. Works great if you are ok with using the command line.
