WorkOS
The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
The program is a modified version of MSIRGB, which is an opensource alternative to MSI's Mystic Light (that's junk). I'm in the process of figuring out how to steal output information from the Logitech G-Hub program (which outputs the type of color control you talk about) to my mouse lighting, though that only relates LED intensity to sound level. Color is determined by zones on screen.
If you don't mind a little extra legwork, WLED might be a good option with an ESP8266/ESP32. One of the newer releases allows for audio reactivity, so that might give you what you want. Lots of documentation is available https://github.com/atuline/WLED/releases/tag/0.10.1
