The github issue for global push to talk is open since 2018: https://github.com/vector-im/element-web/issues/5993 but the team doesn't seem to care; nobody assigned to it, nobody knows, all other similar issues are just marked as duplicates and ignored. I don't know how this team managed to achieve anything, being that dismissive to their community, honestly just a joke. I guess they just take the bag from military partnerships and don't care about regular users.
