  • Discovery of issues on the client itself is another story and can get quite complex as others pointed out. The Anders Roland client health script is pretty good for common stuff. I've only had to add a few extra functions to it...one that comes to mind is a function to repair orphaned TS's. It's a complicated script to learn/modify but otherwise does a decent job as a scheduled task to repair/reinstall the client automatically if it becomes unhealthy. There are also some collections that can be imported for client health. These won't help solve a completely broken client that is not reporting in...but can help identify and organize other issues that often plague clients. https://github.com/windows-admins/ConfigMgr/blob/main/Collections/HealthCollections.MOF
