Nested forms with reactive data from parent form (How do I do this?)

For a "new" Event form, I could just use a template for the nested form, place one "add" button per day and basically use the concept of https://github.com/stimulus-components/stimulus-rails-nested-form. For the "edit" form, I would just render the existing records as well.
